TICKET REFUNDS: If, due to unavoidable circumstances the festival has to be cancelled we will refund paid by cheque tickets at face value less a £5 administration fee per ticket.

If you have paid by credit card, the Gigantic ticket company cancellation details will apply.

SEATING: All venues have un-reserved seating. The Skiddaw View Main Stage is all seated with some dance space at the front and rear of the marquee. The Globe Hall and St James’ church is all seating. The 12th century chancel has very limited seating with standing or sitting out-doors. The Globe Hall on Friday night is all standing.
